Erosion of Time

Crackington Haven on a very moody (grey?!) late summer evening. Just as I was giving up hope and it was starting to get dark this amazing piece of rock emerged from the retreating tide. Reminds me of the underside of a giant prehistoric Humpback whales head!!!

I think the long exposure and natural blue cast capture something of the atmosphere of the evening...
